Description

• Provide exceptional support to clients via phone and email, addressing questions on income tax preparation using TaxCycle’s suite of products. • Assist clients with installations, configurations and usage of TaxCycle and DoxCycle. • Manage client requests related to product ordering and purchasing. • Perform testing on various components as needed.

Requirements

• Tax Preparation Experience: Experience preparing personal or corporate tax returns. • Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with trust, partnership, charitable organization, or T-slip return preparation is a plus. • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with customers. • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with various operating systems, computers, accessories and peripherals. • Tax Legislation: Ability to understand and explain technical tax legislation concepts. • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and French is an asset.
