• Lead and manage a team of talented software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products and solutions • Collaborate closely with the product management and data science teams to define and prioritize engineering projects that align with our business objectives • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team, identifying and implementing best practices, processes, and technologies • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a culture of growth and professional development • Lead architectural decisions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of software solutions • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments, actively seeking opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for business success • Other duties as assigned


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • Must possess comprehensive technical skills spanning coding, design, and architecture, along with the knowledge and readiness to actively assist the team in overcoming technical challenges as needed. • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality software products in a fast-paced environment • Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • An understanding of automation practices throughout the Agile development, build, and deployment phases of the application lifecycle • A robust problem-solving mindset; comfortable navigating frequently changing work items and scopes, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
