• Provide superb customer support for hardware-related issues • Manage and resolve tickets through email, phone, and chat • Collaborate with internal teams to address obstacles • Communicate bugs, issues, and feedback • Empathize with customers • Cover operating hours on rotational basis

Requirements

• Experience in customer service • Proven problem-solving ability • Excellent communication in English • Ability to work independently or within a team • Technical analysis and troubleshooting skills • People-person with friendly attitude • Willingness to learn • Comfortable using G-Suite, MS Office, and similar programs
