Description

• Assist our customers with their projects and the overall day-to-day relationship • Building & maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with each partner • Working with customers to help them successfully leverage our platform to achieve their desired outcomes • Identifying opportunities for ad hoc clients to develop into subscription accounts • Isolating/targeting issues/bugs and escalating these with the helpdesk to resolve for your clients • Using data to help you spot ‘at risk’ accounts and make informed proactive outreach

Requirements

• Current or previous experience in a customer supporting role • Track record of success in project management, account management, or similar role • Gravitas and confidence • Awareness of sales • Operational skills • Technically savvy • Innovative attitude
