Description

• Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email meeting the net2phone Canada’s Service Level • Manage payments and credits, billing questions, and update account information with attention to detail and accuracy • Create initial invoices for new accounts • Prepare accounts for billing closure and issue final invoices • Assist the Customer Success and Finance teams in their day-to-day activities and projects as required

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/experience • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail • French-English Bilingualism is required • Never-ending curiosity (you’re going to meet a lot of different businesses!)
