• Strategic and project management related work to make sure we attract, evaluate and hire according to our goals • Long term organization and resource planning with department leads • Lead talent acquisition efforts as team-lead • Hands-on recruiting for senior and management roles

Requirements

• 3+ years of grounded work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar in Toronto SaaS market • Solid hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting of all level sales positions using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Experience of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) • Experience using Linkedin Recruiter • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations • Experience working with implementing talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills • Project management and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
