• Rotational training in every department behind Customer Growth Operations • Own your entire book of business from the start of its sales cycle • Execute impactful account growth strategies and nurture key relationships • Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order • Quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows • Tackle any related tasks not listed

Requirements

• 2 years of professional work experience • Bachelor’s or college degree in a related field a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish/French, a plus • Co-op / Internships / ICC / extra curriculars, a plus • Experience working in horticulture, a plus
