• As a Growth Account Manager, you'll drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses. • Your role spans nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and strategizing to boost revenue. • You'll play a crucial part in introducing evolving Deliverect solutions to businesses, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customers' business success.

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and rapport. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and impactful communication with customers and internal stakeholders. • A Deep understanding of the order management industry, including customer needs, challenges, and trends. • Skilled at navigating internal stakeholders and acting as a strong advocate for customers' needs and interests. • Comprehensive understanding of Deliverect's product portfolio and its value proposition, enabling effective solution selling. • Ability to identify opportunities to introduce new products or features to existing customers, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. • Proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics platforms to identify growth opportunities and trends, facilitating informed decision-making. • In-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services relevant to the restaurant industry, coupled with the ability to understand and communicate technical aspects effectively.
