• Uncovering and closing hedging opportunities from Transition and Core client books • Creating hedging solutions and dealing to address clients’ hedging risk • Contributing to market commentary both internally and externally • Representing the business at client functions • Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets for the North American Region


• Minimum of 12 months’ experience dealing hedging solutions (forward and option) to corporate or SME customers • In-depth knowledge and understanding of FX option structures and hedging strategies • Ability to structure FX option hedging solutions • Technical & fundamental understanding of broad financial markets • Ability to disseminate technical and fundamental knowledge into a saleable form • Some sales experience, either business development or upsell to existing clients, preferred • Excellent communication and listening skills • Ability to ask probing questions to understand needs of customer and solution sell FX risk management strategies • High degree of professionalism • Strong desire to succeed and motivate self and the team • Ability to deal effectively with all types of people, build and maintain supportive relationships with key business contacts • Effective time management skills • Excellent presentation skills • Solid IT skills with ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Reuters & Bloomberg • MBA and/or CFA designation (or working towards) would be an asset • Bilingual candidates preferred: FRENCH and ENGLISH
