• Financial business partner to the Vancouver Manufacturing Team, providing quality, relevant, and timely, financial support to the stream and the organization. Acting as a face of Finance and decision support to the business. • Be a storyteller, turning data into easily understood trends and impacts that can be actioned by the business. Have the ability to convey complex financial information in a concise, non-technical manner. • Lead month-end variance analysis and operational reviews for Vancouver Manufacturing, providing insights on financial performance and key underlying drivers, changes against the plan, and upcoming opportunities and risks. • Support monthly financial re-forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including the development, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of forecasting models to ensure accurate financial plans. • Review and assist with the development of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to find actionable opportunities for stakeholders and educate the business on how those metrics drive financial improvements. Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible. • Support the development and improvement of centralized tools and dashboards for business users to clearly understand their performance and opportunities. • Work with stakeholders to provide decision support, impact assessment, and return on investment (ROI) analysis on the evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives. • Improve finance knowledge across the business by effectively communicating financial concepts that can be easily understood by all stakeholders. • Proactively seek solutions to current and foreseeable issues. • Provide support for any ad-hoc analysis projects, modeling, and presentation materials as required.


• Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, QAD, (or other ERP) and/or Adaptive forecasting software considered an asset.


• Base salary range is determined based on Vancouver market assessment. May vary depending on location of the successful candidate • 11 paid holidays • Generous Accrued Time Off increasing with years of service • Generous paid sick time • Annual day of service
