• As the Talent Acquisition and People Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent • Responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, implementing effective HR strategies, and ensuring a positive employee experience • Implement People policies and culture initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in both full cycle talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
