Description

• Drive the direction of franchisee and in-restaurant mobile and web tools • Own roadmap and set the future vision for a product • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy • Analyze and report on product performance and user feedback • Continuous research and evaluation of competitive landscape • Become an expert in understanding operations at Tim Hortons

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years of relevant work experience • Experience developing and launching analytics and insights-related products • Experience with creating and executing on QA testing plans • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines • Experience with QSR or franchisee business model is an asset • Experience with SQL, reporting, and automation is an asset
