• In this role you will focus on new client acquisition for Benevity’s employee engagement and community investment software solutions for EMEA companies. • You will be a key contributor by coaching sales reps through deals and helping them meet their quotas each quarter, as well as work closely with prospective clients as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. • You will consult with prospective clients to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business and social impact goals. • You will help build cross-functional relationships, own the account distribution for your team, monitor pipeline and identify trends that help sell Benevity’s SaaS solutions to enterprise companies. • To be successful in this role, it is important that you are motivated by making a difference, you are passionate about beating your numbers, delivering accurate forecasts, while assisting clients in surpassing their goals, and harboring the ambition to contribute to the evolution of a forward-thinking, mission-oriented software enterprise.


• 5-7+ years’ experience building and leading sales teams; ability to grow and scale upward with the company and with the following experience. • Success leading sales teams in a fast-growing SaaS enterprise company. • 5+ years direct software selling experience. • Experience in selling within SaaS, HR Tech and to C-level executives is a plus. • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Investment/Corporate Grants or nonprofit is a plus. • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally, and as a sales leader. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization. • Experience working with partners is a plus • Strong track record as a coach and mentor. • Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions. • Experience with target account selling, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. • Highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations. • Vast experience in with an analytical mindset. • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
