Description

• Master processing workflows to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks • Process operational data, including client payroll, financial configuration, cause EFT, and transactional support, with meticulous accuracy • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable protocols and processes • Assist in launching both existing and new clients across our financial systems • Utilize your deep understanding of internal systems to promptly resolve client technical requests with precision • Communicate critical issues to management across departments and participate in implementing effective resolutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education • Results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to work independently with sound judgment • Proficient in Google/MS Office suite, with intermediate Excel skills • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of humor • Excellent organizational skills, managing deliverables to meet quality requirements and deadlines • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
